TFOsol is open to different operation models to align with client needs, including build, operate and transfer, where TFOsol can build the centre of excellence, run it for a period of time to stabilize it and then transfer it back to the client.

TFOsol is also open to running the centre of excellence on behalf of the client or folding it into TFOsol operations and providing based services to client depending on client need
